Michael Moore’s new documentary is so good, environmentalists tried to ban it.

Michael Moore’s new movie is so good, climate activists tried to ban it. Our governments, specially morally bankrupt left/green parties, are selling us a pack of lies. They try to gain voters on the mass hysteria caused by climate change.

As all of Moore’s movies, his latest one is highly controversial, and has been accused of false facts. The fact is though, that forests all over the world are being cut down for biomass. A new biomass burner (fueled with foreign wood) has just been approved in Amsterdam, for example, while the Netherlands are moving away from the much cleaner natural gas which they have in their back yard. They have also reduced the highway speed limit to 100km/h which, of course, mainly helps their statistics and not so much the environment.

Germany mixes 10% ethanol in their petrol, which they falsely claim aids the environment, while at the same time shutting down Co2-neutral nuclear plants and increasing coal and biomass, which makes up a large part of that country’s so-called “renewable energy”.
Meanwhile, through a complicated tax system, they reward people for having more children, while the only thing that can save our planet is a drastic reduction of humans. The c-virus presented an excellent opportunity, alas most governments thought “not on our watch, we want to be re-elected!” and shut down the economy.

This shutdown has led to one particularly poignant insight: we live in an economy that collapses when we only buy the stuff we need. It has also shown an improvement in air quality … but mostly in developing countries like China and India that don’t have the same environmental standards as Europe. Maybe because we have outsourced most of our consumer-goods production to the far east, where factories don’t have to keep the same environmental standards we have here, and said consumer-goods are then transported over here in highly polluting ships?
Meanwhile in Germany, many cities have banned older diesels and certain older cars, but a near complete shutdown of car traffic hasn’t helped air quality in those cities.
Meanwhile in Germany, they cut down forests to build a Tesla mega-factory or harvest coal.
Meanwhile, we still buy cheap shit from China and ship it halfway across the world instead of buying high-quality goods made in Europe.

We need to rethink our economies and our consumption, but we must also rethink our methodology of fighting climate change – assuming we can fight it at all. When I wrote “mass hysteria caused by climate change” I didn’t mean to say climate change isn’t real. I meant to say that public opinion, formed by misinformation and fear, steers politicians to take wrong decisions. Remember boys and girls: all politicians want is to be re-elected. If they can show they took some action, however effective or misleading, to combat threats like the c-virus or climate change, and we believe it, they’ll get voted again. We need to act based on facts, not on Greta Thunberg’s feelings.
